Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By accessing chasingstone.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Products. All products are handmade or made to order. Variations in color, texture, and pattern are inherent to the product and are not defects. Products are intended for photography and styling purposes only and are not food safe.

3. Orders and Pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Chasing Stone reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and correct pricing or typographical errors at any time. If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Processing and Shipping. Processing times are listed on our FAQ page and are in addition to shipping time. Processing times and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.

5. Returns and Exchanges. All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Exchanges may be requested within thirty (30) days of purchase for unused, undamaged items returned in original condition with all original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted to info@chasingstone.com within [seven (7)] days of delivery and must include photographs.

6. Intellectual Property. All content on this site, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Chasing Stone and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, products and site content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chasing Stone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes. Chasing Stone may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
