Nestled at the base of the Bajio mountains in Central Mexico, the crackle and bustle of mariachi bands winds through the corridors of a vibrant artist community. Cobblestone streets meander beneath the shadow of Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel, a towering church adorned in the terracotta hues of a desert sunset.
